Kate Smith is a trained florist formerly from the UK, having an extensive 34-year retail floristry career there and here in Victoria since 2012. From mid-2021 she has been the creative, entrepreneurial and organisational influence behind the current iteration of Yarraville Blooms. Taking the next logical step she has now become its proud owner.

Yarraville Blooms is inherently inviting and a haven for furry friends. We offer a calm and creative space where we strive to be environmentally conscious. We do this by recycling paper and vases, repurposing furniture for the shop and using more sustainable base materials. We also support many local small businesses and suppliers who do the same.

Yarraville Blooms is known for its friendly, hardworking and professional staff members who pride themselves on inclusivity. We have formed strong connections with the community and our customers and will continue to do so.

Kate is excited to continue the evolution of Yarraville Blooms under her thoughtful stewardship offering many more the opportunity to access high-quality floral arrangements, gifts and of course dog treats.
