Where do you deliver to?
We offer same-day delivery in Sydney, Melbourne and next-day delivery to almost all other Australian addresses.
Next-day delivery is available to all other metro areas in Australia covered by Australia Post's guaranteed delivery network.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders sent to ,Melbourne areas are packed and shipped on the chosen date of delivery.
All other orders are delivered next-day, arriving on the nominated date of delivery at your chosen address within 24 hours of being shipped
Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
We offer same-day delivery on selected flowers in Melbourne.
Because our flowers are sourced fresh daily, we can't guarantee same-day delivery on every bouquet in our range. Sometimes, the earliest we can deliver is next-day.
How are your flowers packed?
Our flowers are sent in bud wherever possible and intentionally without water, as this means their petals are protected in the post and you can enjoy the full life of the flowers for longer. On hot days, flowers may be wet-wrapped.
All flowers are delivered in our signature gift box.
Our letterbox flowers are carefully flat-packed top-to-tail and wrapped in paper, to ensure they are protected in transit.
Our posies, wrapped & arranged and hand-tied-in-glass-vase flowers are arranged by our florists in either a posy jar or glass vase, or in our signature wrapping paper. Vases are wrapped in protective paper netting and secured to the box with twine.
While we endeavour to remove plastic from our packaging where we can, some particularly delicate buds may have protective netting.
Is it safe to send lilies to a home with pets?
Lilies are known to be highly toxic to cats as well as dogs, so we strongly advise that our bouquets that contain lilies are not sent to cat-owners. The same goes for tulips, which belong to the lily family.
We always make sure we design some arrangements that don't contain lilies but unfortunately if a bouquet does contain lilies we can't remove or substitute these.
Although lilies are the most poisonous flower to cats, we suggest that our all of our bouquets are kept out of reach of all pets as most flowers aren't too palatable if eaten in any quantity.
If you are still unsure about which bouquet to send, our customer service team are on hand to help.

We aim to be as flexible as possible but once the order is in the hands of our couriers we unfortunately cannot make further changes your order.
