and related services through our physical shop and online platform. Our mission is to provide fresh, beautiful
flowers for every occasion with quality service and attention to detail.

2. Orders and Payments
In-Store Orders:
- Orders placed in-store must be paid in full at the time of ordering unless prior arrangements are made.
- Custom orders require sufficient notice and may require a deposit.

Online Orders:
- All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
- Orders will only be processed upon successful payment via the online checkout system.
- Yarraville Blooms reserves the right to cancel or reject an order for any reason, including pricing errors or
product unavailability.

3. Delivery Policy
- We deliver within designated areas and suburbs around Yarraville. It is your responsibility to provide
accurate delivery information.
- While we aim to deliver within requested timeframes, we do not guarantee delivery at a specific time.
- If no one is available at the delivery address, flowers may be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or
returned to the shop (in which case redelivery may incur an additional fee).
- For in-store pickup orders, please collect your arrangement during business hours or as agreed upon at the
time of order.

4. Refunds, Returns & Replacements
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds or replacements are only offered if the product is faulty,
damaged on arrival, or not as described.

- For any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection. We may request photos for
verification.
- Refunds are processed using the same method as payment unless otherwise agreed.

5. Substitution Policy
- Flower availability is subject to seasonality and market conditions.
- We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or higher value, maintaining the overall style and colour
palette of the arrangement.
- Where possible, we will communicate substitutions prior to delivery or collection.

6. Personal Information & Privacy
We collect personal information in-store and online to provide our services effectively. This includes your
name, contact details, and delivery information.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Australian Privacy
Principles (APPs).
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
